Today's Tasks

1. Bell Quiz #3 -- Vocabulary and Grammar

a. Go to the following link:

b. Take the quiz.
c. Discuss the test and concepts for clarification.

2. Grammar Study: Magic Grammar Sheet

a. The following sheet is the ultimate grammar sheet for this year. 
b. Open the document link below:

c. Once you have it open do the following go to file > make copy >  and rename according to the following example:
     A2_AndersonJ_MagicGrammarSheet

d. I call it the Magic Grammar Sheet. It lays out some of the most important skills that you must know for this class and skills that will help you write more mature, powerful sentences without making grammar mistakes.
e. Take notes as we discuss some of the key concepts for today.

3. Reading Of Mice and Men 

a. Read Of Mice and Men pgs. 61-70
b. Open your reading log and do an entry for today's reading. Remember to do a summary and response.
c. Discussion...

4. Vocabulary

a. Discuss 21-40 words on the list.
b. Share some of the sentences you have written.
c. You should have sentences for 1-40 now. 
d. Submit your sentences to the form below. This will be graded.

5. Homework/Assignments

a. Complete a reading log entry for Of Mice and Men pgs. 61-70
b. Make sure you are reading your Home Reading Book daily until finished.
